How visible are the “Seconds-grade” carpet faults?
Visibility of faults does vary. The vast majority are hard to notice and do not affect durability of the carpet.
The carpet I wanted to purchase has sold out; will more be available in the future?
Due to the discontinued and / or “seconds” nature of many of our carpet products the likelihood is that once a particular design sells out, an identical carpet may not be available again. However we may well have similar products, please contact the shop for further details.
The product I purchased is cheaper some days later; can I have a refund on the difference?
Part refunds are not given on this basis.
What will my delivery cost?
Carpet deliveries start at £70 for the first roll of carpet and incur further charges for additional rolls and underlay. This is for all mainland UK addresses however there are slightly higher charges for deliveries to Scotland and Northern Scotland.
Will I need to assist the driver upon delivery?
To help keep delivery charges to a minimum our drivers (and or third party drivers also) make deliveries singled handed. If the carpet weighs over 36kg the driver may well need assistance. A rough idea of weight can be obtained by contacting the shop direct.
Can I get a carpet delivered to another country?
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally, we can however deliver to a port of your choice for you to then arrange onward delivery. Our courier service covers mainland England, Scotland and Wales only.
